Since the [[Vorstand|Executive Board]] cannot be trusted, a separate structure was built up. It is eternal and said to be designed to survive a nuclear war.

History

Since the Executive Board cannot be trusted, a separate structure was built up. It is eternal and said to be designed to survive a nuclear war.
