Extruder

The extruder does two things. It melts the plastic using nichrome wire and it pushes plastic in with a threaded rod connected to a dc motor.

To do:

• The extruder needs to be put together and because we don't have a lathe so it needs to get hacked to make the threaded rod work.
• The heating element needs to get done and the thermistor needs to get attached.
