WTF

Yoghurt is increadibly simple to make and the bacteria cultures inside the Yoghurt are pro-biotic. This means they keep your intestines happy. And since it is a culture, you'll make yoghurt from milk and yoghurt

What we need

  • Milk - best raw, but basically everything that is not ultrapasteurized is ok
  • Yoghurt cultures - from previous yoghurt or freezedried
  • Pots
  • Glasses to keep Yoghurt
  • Incubator

How

  1. Sterilize the equipment
  2. Warm milk to 85Degree Celcius
  3. Cool to 43Degree celcius
  4. Add Yoghurt culture
  5. Incubate at 43Degree celcius for at least 7 hours
  6. Refrigerate Yoghurt
