A Discussion-, show- and tinker-group for retro computing.
What?
The Retro Happenings are regular meetups about retro computing (Amiga, Atari, Commodore, ZX Spectrom, Sharp PC-1500, etc.). Similar to us reviving these old computers, breathing new life into them, the Retro Happenings are supposed to continue the RetroSessions which took place in the past. If you are interested in retro computing, feel free to join. You can also bring your own hardware/software if you want to.
We could discuss things, people could showcase their setup or talk about interesting topics and help each other out with fixing issues. We could play games or just hang out together.
Where?
Retro Happenings will happen somewhere in the Metalab (see calendar). As we haven't had the first happening yet, things are a bit unclear yet and we could hopefully talk about structural things a bit on the first iteration. This wiki page will be updated accordingly.
When?
The first happening is scheduled for 2023-05-30 19:00 CET.
Who?
Anyone and everyone interested in retro computing, is invited to come to the next RetroHappening - bring something with you, or enjoy a demo of what we've already got. That means YOU are invited to join the RetroHappenings!
