Yoghurt is increadibly simple to make and the bacteria cultures inside the Yoghurt are pro-biotic. This means they keep your intestines happy. And since it is a culture, you'll make yoghurt from milk and yoghurt
What we need
- Milk - best raw, but basically everything that is not ultrapasteurized is ok
- Yoghurt cultures - from previous yoghurt or freezedried
- Pots
- Glasses to keep Yoghurt
- Incubator
How
- Sterilize the equipment
- Warm milk to 85Degree Celcius
- Cool to 43Degree celcius
- Add Yoghurt culture
- Incubate at 43Degree celcius for at least 7 hours
- Refrigerate Yoghurt
