What: How to use our laser cutter. When: Whenever amir, hetti or another laser admin feels like doing one :)

After you've completed the workshop, one of the laser admins may give you approval to do laser cutter jobs on your own. Please be patient, it may take a few guided cutting jobs till you get approval.

We're are going to use the Ctrl-Cut software which was written at the Metalab!

Engraving Products and Thingies

Consumer products made out of a variety/compound materials are often tricky to engrave. especially because you're at the chance of ruining it - unless you know how to test you're materials and tune settings for a nice engraving. So this is you chance to learn how to give your consumer products and thingies (e.g notebook, smartphone) a personal touch.

Workshop: Engraving the Glass

The first two hours of the workshop will be dedicated to doing laser engravings on glass and how to use the laser lathe. After a short break we will continue with the "Open lazzzor" session.
