DISCREET AMUSEMENT WITH BLINKING THINGS

The electronics hackers at the Metalab love blinking things, something that's reflected in the majority of ongoing and past projects.

We will present and demo a selection of projects, as well as giving them a thorough technical dissection.

Examples of projects that might be presented are:

  • Large FPGA based LED matrix
  • The Metaschild
  • DMX-based RGB ceiling illumination
  • Misc. magic POV-based (Persistance of Vision) LED shifters
  • Blitzenlights
  • LED wall clock
