Isis & Kay wanna watch the Oscars live!
And we don't want to fight for seats at one of the cinemas that broadcast the ceremony on the biiiig screen, so we thought we'd watch it at Metalab.

When?
Night from 24th to 25th of February. Academy Awards ceremony starts at 1.30am (source: ProSieben), red carpet coverage starts quite a bit earlier.
How?
Via internet livestream. The Academy Awards are not broadcast online, so we'll have to look for a user-provided stream on livestream.com or similar. This also means there may be unexpected pauses (users go offline, switch channels etc.) during which we'll have to search for alternative streams. Alas!
We'll use the white iMac from the library & beamer and watch the whole thing in the main room from the couches. Don't say you haven't been warned!
What else?
We'll make popcorn for ourselves and might also bring crisps or other snacks. Anyone up for cooking? (We aren't.) Maybe we'll mix up some alcoholic drinks as well? (Tschunk? Gin Tonic? Campari orange?)
