According to section §16 of the bylaws(german version), Uberhaxlor is calling for a vote on the dissolution of the nonprofit organization Metalab for the following reason: Purpose of the nonprofit organization Metalab as stated in Section §2 of its bylaws(german version) is no longer being fulfilled.
