A tour of the cleanroom and associated laboratories of the Technische Universität Wien. Come and see the advanced equipment used for semiconductor materials and devices research here in Vienna. I can answer questions about most of the equipment and techniques. A basic demo or two might be possible if time allows. Tours will be in english.
