You can register and vote here: 48hr.thewavelength.net The exact time should be: Saturday, April 28th, 00.00 UTC to Monday, April 30th, 00:00 UTC This link should tell the local starting time: http://www.worldtimeserver.com/convert_time_in_UTC.aspx?y=2007&mo=4&d=28&h=0&mn=0 Voting will be 2 phases, the current one gives everyone 10 votes and top 15 themes win. Then on Thursday and Friday, everyone has 3 votes and the winner theme is announced at the start time (on tie decision is by dice).
