-I created a Doodle which can be found [http://www.doodle.com/k5kr2ydp4ecknhhq here]. Unfortunately the courses can only be done on working days between 9.30am and 6pm, so I mostly picked Mondays and Fridays, because I figured this way people at least have long weekend. The Doodle is configured to allow a maximum of 20 people per option, which is done on a "first come, first serve" basis. The poll will be closed one week from now (on August 22nd in the evening) to make sure we get our preferred date.
