.. the politics of open science is a master course conducted by Morgan Meyer from the university of vienna for about 15 students. They would like to have some regulars answer some questions and discuss the maker scene more closely.

Yes, would be nice if some members would be there, so we can talk about individual projects and motivations of people. And so, maybe in the beginning we can have someone from Metalab (i.e. you) explaining the more general history/philosophy /aspects of the place... My experience in the past, is that the students are really interested and motivated, so I suspect that we will have interesting and lively discussions.
