Ok, to pass on some info from #ludumdare - the nice people over at
http://48hr.thewavelength.net volunteered to host LD #9 in absense of
Geoff, with theme voting in progress as of a few minutes ago. You can
register and vote here: 48hr.thewavelength.net

The exact time should be: Saturday, April 28th, 00.00 UTC to Monday,
April 30th, 00:00 UTC

This link should tell the local starting time:
http://www.worldtimeserver.com/convert_time_in_UTC.aspx?y=2007&mo=4&d=28&h=0&mn=0

Voting will be 2 phases, the current one gives everyone 10 votes and
top 15 themes win. Then on Thursday and Friday, everyone has 3 votes
and the winner theme is announced at the start time (on tie decision
is by dice).
