Please do not sign up for this special tour if you can't stay for at least 2 hours. The full operation will last around 6 hours. Late arrivals can not be admitted. We will also have a lot of time to see the rest of the cleanroom during this tour, don't worry. No food, beverages, or cellphones are allowed in the cleanroom.
